Scott Swogger, CFSP, President & CEO

Scott Swogger leads and provides the vision for the company’s growth and success within the Foodservice Equipment Industry and the various industry segments that it serves. Oversight includes the company's sales, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, information technology and new product development, worldwide. Before joining AccuTemp, Swogger was President of Tokheim U.S., a $200 million Division of Tokheim Corporation, the world leader in fuel dispensing systems. His background includes key management positions in International Business Development in Latin America, South America, the Middle East and Asia, management of manufacturing locations in France, Scotland and South Africa, national account sales support, engineering, quality assurance and manufacturing operations. He served as Principal Executive Officer at Management Solutions Inc. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Swogger served as Vice President, Quality Systems. From 1994 to 1995, he served as Tokheim's Director of Quality Assurance and served as Tokheim Corporation's Senior Manager of Quality Assurance. He is a Graduate of the Indiana University-Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana

Scott is currently the Chairman of the Board for the School Nutrition Foundation in National Harbor, Md., the National organization for school nutrition professionals. The Foundation supports and promotes Education, Research and Scholarship aimed at improving school nutrition programs and their support of the health and learning of our nation’s children. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana.

Dave Ogram, COO - Operations & Finance

Dave is responsible to guide and direct all facets of the organization and spear head long range strategic planning and forecasting. This will include appraising the organization’s overall operational position with a focus on business process development and improvement. Although Dave will have a connection with the Finance Department, his primary focus and responsibility will cover the entire organization. He reports to Scott Swogger, AccuTemp's President and CEO, and works out of our world headquarters in Fort Wayne.

Prior to joining AccuTemp, Ogram was Vice President & General Manager at Dekko Technologies, Inc, a Group Dekko Company. He was involved with both domestic and international business development, acquisitions and startups. He served as General Manager for a new start-up company, with responsibility for new business and new market development. He graduated from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio, earning a BS/BA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

John Pennington, CFSP, Executive Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Corporate Chef

Having Associates Degrees in both Accounting from International Business College and Culinary Arts from Sullivan University, John has been involved in the Food Service Industry since 1989. This understanding of both business and culinary arts has lead John to different careers within the Food Service Industry, from Sous Chef to Marketing Associate, and his current Position of Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing/Corporate Chef with AccuTemp Products, Inc.

John is actively involved with the American Culinary Federation, American Academy of Taste, the Association of Food and Nutrition Professionals, School Nutrition Association and is a ServSafe Instructor. Most recently John has gained the title of Certified Food Service Professional from NAFEM. John was also involved with writing and production of the 2006 Marcom award winning promotional DVD from AccuTemp's Products, Inc. and the newest AccuTemp Evolution of Steam Video.

Tina Cape, Vice President - Finance

Tina is responsible to oversee and direct the operational issues that impact the Company as a whole, and determine the related financial impact. This includes treasury management, financial statement review and compliance, profit analysis, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, budgeting, short and long term forecasting, and insurance activities for the organization. Tina directs the accounting policies, procedures and internal controls of the organization. She is responsible for managing the relationship with independent auditors and tax professionals to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. She provides management with financial status and progress in the various programs and activities. She supports strategic planning initiatives and collaborates with leaders of other departments to reduce cost and increase profit improvement opportunities as well as recommend improvements to ensure the integrity of the Company’s financial information. She reports to Scott Swogger, AccuTemp’s President and CEO, and works out of our world headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Prior to joining AccuTemp, Tina worked at Fleetwood Enterprise, Inc. as Plant Accountant. She was involved with many areas of the RV industry during her nineteen year career at Fleetwood. She was responsible for managing the accounting functions at the manufacturing level including financial preparation, review and procedures, budgeting and forecasting, process improvements and SOX compliance. Tina graduated from Indiana Institute of Technology in Fort Wayne, Indiana, earning a BS/BA in Accounting and a MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She is currently working to obtain the credentials to be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to be completed March 2015.

Cindy Springer, Vice President- Human Resources

Cindy manages all compliance and business policy issues, as well as general office administration. She also is responsible for human resources including hiring, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee communication and community relations at AccuTemp's Fort Wayne, Indiana World Headquarters. She reports directly to Scott Swogger, AccuTemp's President & CEO.

Cindy brings to AccuTemp over 30 years of experience in business administration, including key roles in quality and operational development, plus employee training and development with a major Fort Wayne-based manufacturing company that employed over 700 people. She brings us her extensive experience with ISO, 5S / Safety, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing training programs as well as finance/ legal expertise.

Don Peaks, CFSP, Director - Technical/Customer Support

Don has the leadership responsibilities for our Customer Service function as Director. He reports directly to Scott Swogger, AccuTemp's President & CEO; and is based out of our Fort Wayne, Indiana World Headquarters.

Don joined AccuTemp in December of 2005 as a Service Technician. Don's experience and knowledge of the Customer Service field is quite extensive having managed call centers with over 20 call center technicians and 12 remote field service engineers. Don has also managed and setup authorized service representatives across the US. Don's prior company experience ranges from hands on experience as a machine shop operator to his most recent experience that included management positions with the Lowe's organization.
