Tina Cape - Vice President of Finance
Tina is responsible to oversee and direct the operational issues that impact the Company as a whole, and determine the related financial impact. This includes treasury management, financial statement review and compliance, profit analysis, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, budgeting, short and long term forecasting, and insurance activities for the organization. Tina directs the accounting policies, procedures and internal controls of the organization. She is responsible for managing the relationship with independent auditors and tax professionals to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. She provides management with financial status and progress in the various programs and activities. She supports strategic planning initiatives and collaborates with leaders of other departments to reduce cost and increase profit improvement opportunities as well as recommend improvements to ensure the integrity of the Company’s financial information. She reports to Scott Swogger, AccuTemp’s President and CEO, and works out of our world headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Prior to joining AccuTemp, Tina worked at Fleetwood Enterprise, Inc. as Plant Accountant. She was involved with many areas of the RV industry during her nineteen year career at Fleetwood. She was responsible for managing the accounting functions at the manufacturing level including financial preparation, review and procedures, budgeting and forecasting, process improvements and SOX compliance. Tina graduated from Indiana Institute of Technology in Fort Wayne, Indiana, earning a BS/BA in Accounting and a MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She is currently working to obtain the credentials to be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to be completed March 2015.
Cambria Menendez - Assistant Controller
From the early years of calculating numbers on the adding machine to earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting at Siena Heights University, Cambria’s passion for working with numbers has been instrumental in her success. As the Assistant Controller, she assists, prepares, and compiles a variety of accounting duties within the finance team. Cambria’s other passions are cooking, quiet time at home, and creating memories with her husband and children.
Amy Coe - Payroll Manager
Amy has over a decade of collection experience, both in the business setting and consumer finance industry. In January 2013 she was given the responsibility for bi-weekly payroll processing for over 120 employees. Thus, beginning her journey into payroll. Amy currently processes our weekly payroll. This aspect of her job gives her the opportunities to problem solve and interact with employees in an HR related setting. She is truly passionate about the people she works with and the responsibility she has been given. Amy started with AccuTemp in May 2014. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Amy lives in Fort Wayne with her husband Jeff, and her son Grayson.
Trent Fogle- Cost Accountant
Trent is an accounting professional with expertise in manufacturing systems, cost accounting, and management of general accounting functions. Trent graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette with a Bachelor of Accounting. At AccuTemp, Trent is responsible for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities. He also constructs and monitors cost-effective data accumulation systems to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management.
