(February, 2010) -Vancouver, Canada. AccuTemp is proud to do our
part in supporting of the World's athletes at the 2010 Winter Olympics.
There are over 10,000 meals being prepared and served on a daily basis
in the dining hall located in the Athlete's Olympic village in Whistler.
Over 30 chefs from around the world preparing food from 5:30am to
midnight and always having a line while being able to seat 900 people at
one given time in the dining hall. Currently we are receiving the
highest level of comments back from the chefs that are using the Accu-Steam
griddle to cook their food for the athletes during 2010 Winter Olympics.
The Accu-Steam Griddle is bringing home the
Gold Medal for efficiency, reliability, and creditability.
Below is a direct quote from Chef Bill Pratt blog site
"I've heard so much about these
Accutemp griddles
using steam instead of electrical elements to heat the surface, I
was amazed this morning when I actually got to use it for the first
time. I'm not just saying this because Accutemp has given us a
griddle to use during the Olympics, I actually cooked scrambled eggs
on it for 35 people all at once and it didn't burn them before I
could get the last ones off the grill. We did waffles, Teriyaki
tofu, veggies for a southwestern stew and the great part about it
the clean was a snap."
