Don Peaks, CFSP

Director, Technical/ Customer Support

Don has the leadership responsibilities for our Customer Service function as Director. He reports directly to Scott Swogger, AccuTemp's President & CEO; and is based out of our Fort Wayne, Indiana World Headquarters.

Don joined AccuTemp in December of 2005 as a Service Technician. Don's experience and knowledge of the Customer Service field is quite extensive having managed call centers with over 20 call center technicians and 12 remote field service engineers. Don has also managed and setup authorized service representatives across the US. Don's prior company experience ranges from hands on experience as a machine shop operator to his most recent experience that included management positions with the Lowe's organization.

Andy Sojak

Help Desk Supervisor / Field Service Engineer



As the Help Desk Supervisor and Field Service Engineer, Andy is responsible for all aspects of the help desk and all technical service training. He is a former United State Marine with over 25 years of management experience–10 in the food service industry. Before AccuTemp, he served as the Service Manager for Intek Mfg. and the Operations Manager for American Cook Systems. At Intek Mfg. he played a key role in developing their service training program, and was extensively involved in new product development.  Having been hired in at the start of the company at American Cooks Systems, he played a major role in developing their service department and product production procedures. Andy's experience with two of Accutemp's competitors brings valuable resource to the service team.

Dan Miller

Field Service Engineer

Dan joined the US Air Force at 18 where he became a fully qualified aircraft mechanic. It is here where he developed his technical background while progressing to the rank of Staff Sergeant. Dan has served for 8 years and has been on multiple deployments including but not limited to Afghanistan and Kuwait. He is now on his final enlistment with the Air National Guard and graduated with his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Dan’s hobbies are restoring classic cars, snowboarding, kayaking, fishing and riding motorcycles, snowmobiles and jet skis.

Ann Fairfield

Parts & Service
Ann has been with AccuTemp for 4 years in the Parts & Service Depts. She has been in the customer service field 15 plus years. Prior to AccuTemp she worked at General Electric for 10 years and General Telephone (now Frontier) for 1 year. Hobbies include the outdoors; riding bikes, hiking and camping with my family. I am also into collecting cook books and cooking up many new recipes!

Daniel Cox

Technical Service Representative II

Daniel graduated from the University of Kent located in Canterbury, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing. He moved to America from England in 2015 and lives with his wife in Fort Wayne.
Daniel has been working in customer service since 2013. His hobbies include playing guitar, hunting, hiking and martial arts.


Brandon Gill

Technical Service Technician
Brandon was hired to be a Technical Service Technician in 2009. With our 7-7-7 Lifetime Service and Support Brandon has assumed the role of our “On Call” customer support during the weekends and holidays. Prior to AccuTemp, Brandon worked as a robotic technician at Alcoa and wrote mortgages. Brandon enjoys hanging out with the wife and two girls.

Greg Herring

Technical Service Representative

Greg has a diverse background with starting his career as an Electronics Technician to an Engineering Technician to a General Manager of Lewis Hering Elevator located in Bellmont, IL. In this position, Greg was responsible for the overall operation of the business which also included customer service, maintenance and general labor associated with grain, feed, and retail facility. Greg went to college for a degree in electronics technology and worked in related positions for over five years before returning to the family owned agriculture business. He and his wife enjoy their country home and raising a garden.

Rachel Rossiter

Technical Service Representative

Rachel has much experience in customer service and most recently was a customer service representative at Frontier for five years. In that position, she helped a variety of customers work through setting up and/or troubleshooting phone or internet services, resolving billing issues and provided technical assistance. She often would walk customers and technicians through service and/or product issues. Prior to Frontier, Rachel was a Naturalist / Park Manager at Lindenwood where she was responsible for all maintenance of equipment and upkeep for a 110 acre preserve. Rachel is a trained environmental educator and volunteer with many organizations and wildlife rehabbers.

Lori Shaw

Warranty Administrator/  Technical/ Customer Service Assistant



With over 30 years of customer service, Lori was hired by AccuTemp as the Warranty Administrator as well as the Assistant to the Manager of the Technical/Customer Service department. Before AccuTemp, Lori worked at Challenge Tool; Operator & Secretary to VP Finance and Motion Industries; Customer service and Invoicing/Billing. Away from AccuTemp, Lori likes to crochet, and partake in family activities with her kids and husband.
