HELP DESK SUPERVISOR / FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

As the Help Desk supervisor and field service engineer, Andy is responsible for all aspects of the help desk and technical service training. He is a former United States Marine with a background in numerous technical fields. Before AccuTemp, he served as the Service Manager for Intek Manufacturing and the Operations Manager for American Cook Systems. At Intek Manufacturing he played a key role in developing their service-training program, and was extensively involved in new product development. At American Cooks Systems, he played a key part in developing their service department and product manufacturing procedures. Andy’s experiences in the ever changing commercial cooking industry brings a valuable resource to the service team and AccuTemp as a whole.

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Daniel graduated from the University of Kent located in Canterbury, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing. He moved to America from England in 2015 and lives with his wife in Fort Wayne. Daniel has been working in customer service since 2013. His hobbies include playing guitar, hunting, hiking and martial arts.

Doug came to AccuTemp from Frontier Communications. He has an extensive background in customer service. Doug graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medicine and has been a paramedic for over 25 years. Doug loves to spend time with his daughter, family and friends.

Technical Service Representative

Brandon was hired as a technical service technician in 2009. With our 7-7-7 Lifetime Service and Support, Brandon has assumed the role of our “On Call” customer support during the weekends and holidays. Prior to AccuTemp, Brandon worked as a robotic technician at Alcoa and wrote mortgages. Brandon enjoys hanging out with his wife and two daughters.

Technical Service Representative

Joe has been involved with the hospitality segment and customer service for over 17 years. Joe was in the Navy from 1989-1994 as a Culinary Specialist serving the fleet, as well as on base. He also has been a part of the restaurant business, helping to open and run five different restaurants and as a partner in an Italian eatery. Along with his restaurant experience, Joe provided technical support to government agencies and dispatched technicians as a customer care specialist. Joe speaks fluent Spanish and can read and write Italian and French, but speaks both very slowly. From an educational standpoint, Joe has an Associates of Arts in Hospitality Management from Joliet, Illinois. Joe is happy to answer any and all technical service questions that may arise.

Byron Thomas

Technical Service Representative

Byron served in US Army and the Indiana National Guard from 1988 to 1995. He worked for Water Furnace International, where he ran sheet metal production. He was responsible for improving production for 2 shifts, by changing the process of how material was used and in what order parts were produced and processed. He was responsible for reducing cost to both shifts by cutting waist and reducing production overruns and using material in a more productive manor. He moved over to testing and final wiring of all units and special order HVAC . Byron has traveled in Europe visiting Germany, Austria, and Czechoslovakia. He has traveled to 41 of the 50 states. His hobbies include fishing, camping, and photography. He also is a massive collector of fossils, mineral, and gems. He has been published in the Journal of Paleontology for his assistance in finding a never before found fossil in Indiana. He has had poetry he wrote published in two books. Byron is happy to answer any technical service questions that you may have.

WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR / TECHNICAL / CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

With over 30 years in customer service, Lori was hired by AccuTemp as the warranty administrator as well as the assistant to the manager of the Technical/Customer Service department. Before AccuTemp, Lori held several positions in at Challenge Tool and Motion Industries. Away from work, Lori likes to crochet, and partake in family activities with her kids and husband.
