Julie’s responsibilities include overseeing the Territory managers and developing new and continuing sales into our current and new markets. She is focused on continuing the sales and customer service acumen that AccuTemp is known for. As AccuTemp grows she will be working to assist them in working in additional markets and growing the sales in each area. Julie comes to us with a vast background. She started her career with a degree in Accounting and Business; she has 10 years as a controller before devoting her career over the last 10 years to Sales and Marketing. Julie is known for her ability to create sales growth utilizing her analytical skills and pairing them with unyielding customer driven focus on selling the right products.
Gary Frauhiger has been a part of the Sales team at AccuTemp Products since 2005. As Territory Manager, Gary has an excellent understanding of the foodservice industry whether it is commercial, institutional or non-commercial. Prior to AccuTemp, Gary opened several restaurants as Owner and General Manager in the Indiana area. Gary also worked many years in the insurance, financial planning and long term care field. Kenny joined AccuTemp in 2007. He was professionally trained as a chef from Walnut Hill Culinary School. His culinary career started as the Corporate Line Chef for Houlihans in Philadelphia and New Jersey. Kenny then moved to Florida to further his career as a Sous Chef with Tommy Bahamas Café. In 1999, Kenny moved to Fort Wayne, and has been the Executive Chef for The Oyster Bar, Opus 24, and Orchard Ridge Country Club. Chef Walpole has won the People's Choice Award for Best Chef of Fort Wayne in 2003 and 2004, and also won the Chefs on Stage competition in 2004. His culinary skills as well as his food service experience give him a unique perspective in our industry.

Chris started with AccuTemp in 2012 with a commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Having spent his entire career working in sales combined with a thirst for knowledge, he quickly established himself as a resource for customers across all facets of foodservice. Working closely with customers, service techs, designers and his valued dealers throughout his territory, Chris strives for AccuTemp to be the go-to company for steam equipment. In a short time Chris was able to demonstrate his ability to understand and meet the needs of emerging restaurant chains. Chris obtained his CFSP certification in 2014 and continues to learn on a daily basis in order to better serve his customers. Chris attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN majoring in Sociology and minoring in Business. Lisa is the territory manager for GA, NC and SC. With more than 20 years’ experience in the foodservice and hospitality industries, Brit is uniquely qualified to develop tailored solutions related to industry trends such as culture change, enhanced dining, operational efficiency and risk management. As a foodservice equipment consultant at Direct Supply, Brit worked with Senior Living and Long Term Care customers daily to customize foodservice equipment selections and assist in dining program implementation. Due to her broad experiences Brit also assisted in everything from restaurant-style dining to work flow and logistics, meal delivery and even wine selections, ensuring high quality programs while meeting budgetary demands.

Rob has been in the sales industry for 10 years working in both telecommunications and the automotive industry before joining the AccuTemp Products. At AccuTemp, he works closely with healthcare facilities, restaurants and school personnel to assist them with enhancing the quality of the foods they serve. He is currently the Territory Manager for Kentucky and his home state of Indiana. Rob obtained his sports marketing degree from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH and is a huge IU, Notre Dame and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Paul is the Territory Manager for Ohio and Michigan. He came to AccuTemp ten years ago with over 5 years experience putting together product information, training, and instructional programs in the healthcare field. With his education majoring in chemistry and physics, he enjoys the science of cooking. His duties include speaking to schools and healthcare facilities about steam innovations and demonstrating the uses of steam to maximize the nutrient quality of food and how to get "green" by reducing energy and water usage.

Upon graduation, Alyssa was hired by AccuTemp to assist the Midwest territories as an Inside Sales Lead Specialist. In 2011, Alyssa received her CFSP certification, finishing in the top 1% of her colleagues. Alyssa is the Territory Manager for the Northeast Region, consisting of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.
She is currently working to obtain her certification as a Registered Dietitian. This certification is extremely valuable as the healthcare segment has always been a primary focus for AccuTemp. With Alyssa’s knowledge and skill set, she can work with customers to develop optimal solution for their needs. Laura Rolsen started at AccuTemp in 2013 as a Sales Assistant for two Territory Managers. She was recently promoted to Territory Manager for Northern Texas, She has earned her CFSP (Certified Food Service Professional) certificate.
Laura has vast experience in many types of organizations including private industry, DoD contracting, and several large corporations. Prior to joining as a Lead Generator, he worked for five years as a retail manager at the university's cafeteria. Alex Alford joined AccuTemp in 2013 upon completing her degree in Management at Indiana University. She started as a Lead Generator and then worked as a Territory Sales Assistant, and eventually Territory Manager, Canada. Jon has a background that has kept him close to the Food Service industry. He has been a restaurant manager for two different chains, installed kitchen sanitation equipment with a service company, and had a short stint as a marketing representative for a foodservice distributor. Julianne joined AccuTemp in April of 2015 as the Trade Show Coordinator and Corporate Travel Planner. She graduated from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in Bloomington with majors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Julianne has broad business and finance experience in the Sales and Marketing arena, ranging from being a Business Manager to an Associate Account Executive in Marketing, as well as five years of experience in the restaurant industry. Mike Teders began his foodservice career as an independent factory sales representative for AccuTemp. He then served as Regional Manager and later National Sales Manager for Intek Manufacturing. He remained with them when Unified Brands acquired Intek before returning to AccuTemp. Mike just completed his CFSP and that combined with almost 20 years of steam equipment experience gives Mike the knowledge to assist his customers and exceed their expectations.

Diane’s responsibilities include gaining new national accounts and leading cross-functional teams in developing customer-specific equipment for those accounts as well as account management of many of AccuTemp’s chain customers. She has been working with national chain accounts most of her career and knows how to provide the leadership, follow-through and service it takes to meet and exceed customer expectations.
